GalaxySwap is being built in stages, with a focus on shipping a secure and reliable product on Midnight, and an expansion onto Cardano that is shipping now. Here's where we are and where we're headed.

Milestones​

Phase 1 — Foundation​

  • Project inception and team formation
  • Research and architecture design
  • Community launch (X, Discord, Telegram)
  • Initial partnerships outreach

Phase 2 — Early Access & Waitlist (Now)​

  • Launch of the public waitlist
  • Early community onboarding and growth
  • Ecosystem awareness and introduction
  • Users begin earning XP through early participation and community engagement
  • Participation tracking begins

Phase 3 — Testnet (Now)​

  • Smart contract development and internal testing
  • Testnet deployment on Midnight
  • Public testnet launch — swap and liquidity pool functionality
  • Community testing and bug bounty
  • Participation XP expands through protocol interaction
  • Extend Testnet with more features and task
  • Launch public farming on Testnet

Phase 4 — Mainnet​

  • Mainnet launch on Midnight
  • GalaxySwap token launch & Rewards Distribution
  • NFT mint
  • Ecosystem incentive programs begin
  • Expanded token support
  • XP recognition continues through protocol usage

Phase 5 — Growth​

  • Advanced trading features
  • Protocol integrations and partner launches
  • Governance exploration
  • Developer SDK and open ecosystem

Cardano expansion (Now)​

GalaxySwap is bringing its trading stack to Cardano alongside the Midnight privacy DEX. The Cardano aggregator is releasing now. Staking, concentrated liquidity, an orderbook, and market making follow.
